STEP 1:  SCHEDULE THE MEETING


  • The Details meeting will be held over the phone, will last 20-30 minutes, and should be scheduled 1-2
    weeks before the wedding.  Please schedule your meeting after you have met with your wedding planner or
    the coordinator at the church and/or reception locations.



STEP 2:  PREPARE FOR THE MEETING

  • Contact your coordinator (for the ceremony and reception) and get a rough outline/timeline for the
    progression of the day.

  • Complete your Details Meeting Questionnaire and email it to me at least 1 day before the meeting.




STEP 3:  ATTEND THE MEETING

  • Details meetings normally take 20-30 minutes over the phone, and we will discuss:
  • Our plan for photography for your entire wedding day
  • Final Payment for your wedding photography

  • Immediately after our meeting, we will email you your official final invoice, as you may need to add time to
    your package after we have reviewed the days itinerary.  The last question we will ask you is if you have
    decided to prepay for a larger album than your collection comes with so you can take advantage of some
    free pages.  Payment for your wedding photography is required anytime before the wedding day.  Please let
    us know if you would like to pay by check or credit card so we can set up either situation for you.  Just to
    make sure we are on the same page, a check put in the mail the Friday before your wedding doesn’t count.
    :)  We expect to have the full payment in our hands before leaving for the wedding so please try to get this
    taken care of immediately after the details meeting.



STEP 4:  WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE WEDDING?

  • The Tuesday after your wedding we will begin sorting through the huge amount of photos and narrowing
    them down for online viewing for your family and friends.

  • PLEASE NOTE that if you view your online gallery, you are NOT seeing all the pictures that will be on your
    DVDs.  We cut down the thousands of images to the top 400-600 images for your family to view but you
    will get much more.  Over half our brides contact us while on their honeymoon freaking out because there
    are images they swore we took that are missing.  Stop worrying and Enjoy your honeymoon!  

  • Three weeks after your wedding we will have you (and your family if you wish) to attend the Image Release
    Premier.  At this time we will further cut down the images and show you a slideshow of our favorite images
    (enough to fill a 60-page album).  At that time we ask you to cut down the images to the size you want.  If
    you can't cut any more, you can simply upgrade the amount of pages at this meeting.  After that, we will
    show you all your cover options.  Please note that any upgrades you make at this time can be paid at the
    meeting or it can be broken into 2 equal payments as we design the album over 3-4 months.  

  • Finally you will take all your DVDs home and then you have 30 days to officially decide all the images you
    want in your album.

  • Okay I have given you too much to think about.  Just stop all this album stuff in the back of your head and
    get on with more pressing issues.  You don’t have to finalize the album until after the wedding!
