ALBUM APPROVAL

Please read the following and fill out the form at the bottom to approve your album design.
NOTE!  The form at the bottom must be completely filled out before your album will be shipped to you.

  • It is entirely your responsibility to make sure you are satisfied with the way each page looks.  If you need to make
    any changes, do not fill out this approval form.
  • Once you give me your final approval, it's off to print with no going back.  While the printing is underway, we can
    then discuss any upgrades that you would like to do to the exterior of the album.
  • After printing and binding is complete, the album will be shipped directly to you.
  • Please note that since all monitors and printers are calibrated differently, there may be variations in what you are
    seeing online and what the end products look like.
  • If you feel you need to make any adjustments after the album is printed, we will have to charge a fee to make
    changes and have the album re-printed.
