Please read the following and fill out the form at the bottom to send changes or approve your edited images.  
NOTE!  The form at the bottom must be completely filled out before your prints will be
shipped to you.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!  Please read the following items!!!

  • Notice that the file name (below the image) includes the image number, picture size and quantity (eg. b 020-11x14-
    color-1).  Make sure this information is all correct!  :)

  • It is your responsibility to make sure you are satisfied with the way each picture looks.  Please let me know if you want
    us to make any changes, such as removing blemishes, stray hairs, objects in the background, etc.

  • When ordering certain sizes, cropping may be necessary due to the proportions of each size.  Sometimes, this results
    in a significant portion of the top, bottom and/or sides being cropped out.  The images you see in your gallery have
    already been cropped accordingly.  Click here to view our cropping guidelines.  It is your responsibility to make sure
    the way they are cropped is acceptable.  If not, simply let me know, and I can try it a different way.

  • If you have changes, click the "I do not approve" checkbox in the form below, and submit your changes in the box
    provided.  Once I have made the changes, I will re-upload the corrected pictures for you to view.  I will then await
    your approval before going to print.

  • Once you give me your final approval, it's off to print with no going back.  Keep in mind, the final product may have
    slightly different colors than you see on your screen.  Because we feel we have made every effort to show you the final
    product before going to print, fees will apply to any re-printing that you may request after you have received your
    prints.

  • Once I have gone to print, the prints will be shipped directly to you, and you should receive them in 2-3 business
    days.  If you are purchasing any canvases they typically take about 2 weeks to arrive.  When sending your approval,
    please list the address to where you want the prints shipped.  Please let me know if you haven't received them, so
    I can check into it if necessary.
